Pitztal guesthouse

This small and sweet guesthouse is located on the Pitztal country road in the hamlet of Schön (= German for beautiful), 1.5 km from the centre of Jerzens. The Hochzeiger ski resort lifts are right on the doorstep at 2.5 km and can be reached in 10 minutes by ski or hiking bus. With the Pitztal Glacier and the Rifflsee ski resorts at the end of the valley at a high altitude, the Pitztal offers skiing until May. In summer you will find numerous alpine pastures, mountain huts, Nordic walking and mountain bike tours that can be reached without a car. The guesthouse consists of 10 rooms and 2 private flats. It is divided into a basement, ground floor, first floor and top floor as well as an attic.

The basement has a heating and tank room, a laundry room, a storage area, etc. It also includes some toilets, a wellness & spa room, a bedroom, a bathroom and the cold storage room.

The ground floor consists of a private flat, an office, bathrooms, a breakfast room, a storage room, the kitchen and a living room.

On the upper floor there is another private flat along with 4 guest rooms as well as a storage room.

Finally, in the attic there are 6 more guest rooms and a storage room. All guest rooms have their own bathroom with a toilet, shower and a washbasin.

The property also has a carport with a pent roof.

There is enough parking and green space on the plot. A straightening of the plot is in preparation: expected extension of the plot by approx. 99m².
